A1 Accounts & Taxation Limited ("we", "us") is responsible for the personal information you give us through this website. We are a company registered in England and Wales, number 15178337.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration number ZB632064.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or request a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the services you are interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us.

How we use it

We use it only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is sent to us by email. If you book a call, your booking is handled by Cal.com, which may store booking details on servers outside the UK. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as the law requires, which for tax and anti-money laundering records is usually at least six years after our work ends.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies and similar storage that the website needs to work, for example to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.

With your permission we may also use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are viewed, so we can improve it. These only load if you choose Accept all, and you can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

We do not use advertising cookies. If you choose to book a call, Cal.com may set cookies needed for its booking calendar to work.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing enquiries@a1accounts.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
