A1 Accounts & Taxation Limited is MAAT licensed and regulated, providing services in accordance with licence number 1007322. AAT is recognised by HM Revenue & Customs to supervise compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Regulations and A1 Accounts & Taxation Limited is supervised by the AAT in this respect.

Our prices

Prices shown on this website are starting prices. Your actual fee is fixed and agreed with you before any work starts, and confirmed in writing.

When you become a client

These terms only cover use of the website. If you engage us, the work is covered by our engagement letter and terms of business, which we send you before we start. They set out exactly what we will do, what you need to provide, our fees and how either of us can end the arrangement. If anything in them differs from this website, the engagement letter applies.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry or booking a call doesn't create a contract or a client relationship, and doesn't commit you to anything. We will reply within one working day. Our privacy notice explains how we use the details you send.

Links to other websites

We link to other sites, such as HMRC, Companies House and the software we use. We aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Our liability

We aren't liable for any loss that comes from relying on general information on this website, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Professional indemnity insurance

We hold professional indemnity insurance of £1,000,000 with Hiscox Insurance Company Limited, 22 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4BQ. The cover is worldwide, except for claims brought in the courts of the USA or Canada.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute about them.
